In May 2022, I was outside my house at around 5am letting the cat out to do his business. It was a very clear, chilly morning & the sun hadn’t risen as yet. Millions of stars were in the sky & as I looked, I saw what looked like an elongated light grey football shaped cloud coming from a Northerly direction & heading VERY slowly towards the South. It stood out as there were no clouds at all & I soon realised it wasn’t a cloud at all. It had a bright white light at the front & was silently cruising along – much slower than a passenger plane. Because of its slow speed, I was able to observe it for a good 5 to 6 minutes before I lost sight of it in the distance. I was kicking myself for leaving my phone inside as it was incredible clear & an absolute monster size! I’d guesstimate it was around 1000 to 2000 meters high & easily looked like it could cover 2 football fields. Blew my mind! The pic downloaded I found on the web as other people worldwide have also seen it. This puc is a computer generated image only & not an actual photograph but it is identical to what I saw.
